Use this page to request deletion of your House of Revera account and associated personal data. You can also request account deletion directly from the Profile section in the app.

What happens when you request deletion
When a deletion request is submitted and the account is identified, access to the account is disabled as part of the deletion process.
What is deleted or anonymized
- Account access and profile access associated with the app account
- Personal account data that is no longer required for legal or operational reasons
- Associated account data that can be deleted or anonymized as part of the deletion workflow
What may be retained for a limited period
- Fraud prevention and platform security records
- Payment, payout, refund, dispute, and transaction records
- Accounting, tax, and legal compliance records
Where retention is required, data is limited to what is necessary and retained only for the required period.
